It’s my birthday haha didn’t have time to post yesterday as we were totally beat after our bulk orders and also operations. But still very thankful for all the Lord had prepared for me! Many gifts and blessings this year! ❤️
A week ago, my work family blessed me with a birthday trip to Bangkok where I spent time with my sis and had some cat therapy at her place 😂 she kept me company throughout and even gifted me with old school watch and very nice jeans! Thanks Jie 🥰 then Chef Mum joyfully picked me up from airport upon my return and see photo she updating her past days happening talking away while driving 😂 then I received physical Ang Bao from a dear friend Ah Siang and Talia’s parents! Chef Mum and Caleb too gave me but they savvy, sent me e-Ang Bao sia! 👏🏼 not forgetting @leeqw1985, our Yoon’s volunteer for specially taking leave and buying Linguine Pasta with foie gras for us to try and even getting a rainbow cake to celebrate my birthday!
Thank you Talia my co-founder for all the arrangements! Very very Wu Sim ❤️ so touched and deeply appreciative. Oh yes directly God’s love message — my church called to wish me a blessed birthday and best part is the very anointed and attentive prayer Alice prayed for me over the phone call! Did you realise most festivals are a time of gathering and reunion.
I spent my day like this today. In the morning with my work family and customers at Yoon’s Social Kitchen, our cafe Studio, then Chef Mum and I headed over in the afternoon to Tan Tock Seng Hospital and made some Png Kuehs with the participants of the NNI Integrated Cognitive Engagement (NNICE) Programme, then I visited my beloved grandma at NTFGH coz she had a fall and still being monitored 🥺, brought some Teochew mooncakes for her to eat, and finally end off the evening with mummy over dinner and doing her favourite activity — supermarketing 😂

SUSSXYoons: On Tuesday, we had the pleasure of hosting students from SUSS to our keuh making workshop. It was an incredible experience watching the students immersing themselves into the traditions of kueh making. Who knew learning could be this delicious?😋 The kuehs may not look perfect but it`s okay because it was made with ❤️! (First time lah give chance 😅)
